    MASTER CLASS 07.16.2009

    SOMETHING GOOD GETTING BETTER

The first class at the new Tera outlet in Huaihai Lu last week was one of my all time highs, spinning in China! Today was even better!

There's no doubt about it: The new gym is just super good. Not only because of the best bikes I have ridden ever in China, a super sound system and some cool lights. Also because of a bunch of great people who are truly dedicated to the new endeavor.

But first a big "Thank you" to a familiar face: Steven was ag reat help today assisting demonstrating corect bike adjustment and positioning while i was doung the shouting. It's really great to have your support. It can be hard to dvice on all these things on a face-to-face level AND run the class at the same time.

Steven is also my official "assisten trainer" meain he sits in for me, heading the Master Class in my absence (when I have work or holidays).

Also a big thank you to the now loyal new riders in front row who all has been very supportive both in the gym but also sending me encouregning messages on my MSN. It's great to talk to each of you and start to get to know you all better:-)

Finaly welcome to Ealden who joined in for the very first time. ealden also joined our recent Time Trail at Dishui lake and did well. A 4th spot on a conventional road bike (and as such the higest placed rider NOT riding unique time trail equipment) is a good start. Look forward to follow your performance in the class on on raod. See you Saturday at our Sheshan training ride.

Again: Thank you to all of you. i cannot mention everybody every time. But you all do great work outs and i am very happy to enjoy ypur support!

    Jiayou!
